What happens to our existing members and billing?
We migrate everything — member profiles, billing schedules, and payment history — with zero downtime and no double-billing. Your members won't notice a thing.
Do we need technical knowledge to manage it?
None at all. The platform is built to be run by gym owners and their staff, not developers. If you can use a smartphone, you can run evolv.
What's included in the onboarding?
Everything. Brand setup, app build, data migration, staff training, and go-live support. You won't be handed a manual and left to figure it out.
Is there a long-term contract?
